Our chef slowly fries fresh ingredients like shallots, garlic, and ginger over low heat to fully release their fragrance. After adding bird's eye chili, the mixture is continuously stirred and sautéed. Through various complex processes, each jar of soulful and savory chili oil is born. 🤩
